This story is really an amalgam of a few conversations I had about a whale we had in our harbor a few years ago. I actually think it was quite nice that the media was so focused on some good news for a change. The next two weeks will be an exploration of the impact oysters had on our history here in NYC.
After the oyster story I will print what I have as an old fashioned paper comic. This is something I've never done and am expecting many challenges, so after the oysters I'll be releasing these comics on a monthly rather than a weekly basis. I also have many other sequential art projects I want to work on so this will become a monthly comic for the foreseeable future.
